We are happy to replace any pieces that were damaged during shipping. Please contact us as soon a s possible (within 7 days) of receiving your item for an exchange. In this case we will be responsible for any shipping costs.
It's ok to change your mind. If you are unhappy with your purchase but it is not damaged please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and we can arrange a return or exchange. In that case you are responsible for the shipping cost.
